What is Challenger Baseball?
 
Challenger is a baseball league for boys and girls with special needs. Teams are set up according to abilities rather than age and can have as many as 10-15 players playing in the field.  Challenger games can be played as T-ball games or coach-pitched depending on the player.  Players range in age from 6-21 years.  We do not emphasize score-keeping in a Challenger game nor do we track outs.  The end of the inning is a batting rotation.  On average, we play 2-3 innings per game or a 90 minute time frame.  The goal of a Challenger league is to HAVE FUN!
