Summer Tournament Rules and FAQs
RHAA Summer Tournament Bat Rules (updated 1/10/2023)
 
Following USSSA we have adjusted our position on Youth Big Barrel bats (2 3/4 and 2 5/8, ie; minus 8 to minus 13 range non-BBCOR) and we ARE approving them for our Tournament at the 12u, 10u, and 8u teams, along with the traditional youth 2 1/4 barrel. 
 
Following USSSA rules, we will permit both bat standards; the old BPF and the new USABATs.    
RAIN-OUT POLICY
 
3.1. If the entire event is rained out (no games played), all unspent funds will be returned (Umpire Fees, Refundable Facility Fees and Staffing Costs).
 
3.2. If the Summer Classic begins and parts of the event are washed out there will be a pro-rated refund up to each individual team’s game 2. If a team begins play in or completes 2 games the tournament will be declared official and no refund will be forthcoming.
